Rob DiNoto has always been fascinated by the discipline and mental/moral aspects of martial arts. In recent years, DiNoto has been drawn towards karate training. The journey has been both fulfilling and rewarding for DiNoto, who embraces karate and martial arts training as a physical and mental discipline of overall self-improvement. Adopting an early dedication to the practice offers an individual a unique opportunity to grow as an individual. That’s why DiNoto is a supporter of nonprofit organizations and charities that help make karate and martial arts training more accessible to youth. A major event in the youth karate community is the USA Open Karate Championship. Each year, thousands of students of the art of karate (and their coaches) come together to compete and learn from each other at the tournament.
Longtime martial arts and karate training enthusiast Rob DiNoto is thrilled to hear that the USA Open Karate Championships and Karate Junior International Cup are both set to take place in one of his favorite cities: Fort Worth, Texas! As part of a multi-year contract between the Fort Worth Sports Commission and USA Karate, Fort Worth, TX will host both the 2024 and 2026 biennial events. DiNoto is also excited to know that Fort Worth is the home for various other sports and athletic events at the national level, including USA Fencing, USA Gymnastics Championships, USA Taekwondo National Championship, USA Weightlifting and USA Wrestling Senior Nationals. The opportunity to host so many poignant and prestigious events in martial arts and gym sports is major for Fort Worth.
